Where are the imperfections? How do we know it’s not just really Windows

I don’t think this is less “safe” as you put it. Perhaps a tiny tiny bit, but I don’t really know. Safe enough I guess

You can do it online from your home. There are services that provide anonymous (ie via crypto) esims with mobile data, calling, sms, even roaming. If I remember correctly, Silent Link is one of them
Good. He also seems to be using a custom theme. The default looks ugly as hell

JDownloader is the best for downloading anything from YouTube. It may also support YouTube Music
