I agree with you here, but we both know they have ulterior motives for this

Considering the disgusting ads I see on youtube all the time, I do think there needs to be more regulation around it to be honest

I used it when it came out for a while, it was really nice coming from Instagram or Facebook where everyone tailors their posts around successes or glam shots. BeReal was cool because it sends a notification once a day for when you can post your photo, and you have to take it then.

It ended up being a lot of people just sitting in bed or watching TV, which gave me a lot of satisfaction seeing nobody does social things 24/7.

I give it a lot of credit for giving me the push to quit social media altogether to be honest
